SHORT SYNOPSIS

Now elderly and isolated, she believes her life is already over.
When she becomes the coach of a fractured welfare softball team made up of women abandoned by society, she is forced to confront the greatest failure of her life.
As the team struggles to survive, they begin fighting not to win—but to reclaim their lives.
"The Last Pitch" is a story about hope, dignity, and the courage to begin again.

DIRECTOR’
S STATEMENT
As people grow older, many begin to believe:
"It's too late."
"I'm too old."
"Nothing will change."
The Last Pitch was born from a simple question:
Is it ever too late to begin again?
This film is about people abandoned by society—the elderly, the disabled, immigrants, and those who no longer believe their lives can change.
They do not fight because they believe they will win.
They fight because they still want to believe their lives are not over.
